Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead strategic technology delivery for a major Banking and Financial Services client in the United States. You will drive modernization, AI-enabled engineering transformation, cloud adoption, and platform engineering to achieve business outcomes.

You will own end-to-end programs, build executive relationships, mentor cross-functional teams, and contribute to growth through consulting-led engagements and proposal development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology delivery, consulting, program management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong Banking and Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience in application modernization, cloud adoption, APIs, and data integration.
• Proven ability to lead large portfolios and executive client relationships.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled SDLC and GenAI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Banking, Payments, Wealth & Retirement programs, ensuring governance and outcomes.
• Build executive-level client relationships as trusted advisor for technology strategy.
• Lead large-scale digital transformations including modernization and cloud adoption.
• Drive AI-led engineering transformation with GenAI-enabled practices and automation.
• Provide technology leadership across architecture, delivery planning, risk, and operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of delivery managers, architects, engineers, and PMs.
• Support account growth through proposals, solutioning, and executive presentations.
• Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, governance, and metrics.
