Responsibilities

• Delivery across the engagement portfolio — manage multiple parallel projects with defined timelines and quality bars.
• The weekly operating rhythm — sprint planning with founders and blockers with the engineering team.
• Client engagement health — joint ownership on relationships, updates, risks, and needs.
• Internal operating systems — build tooling, templates, and rituals to scale delivery without losing quality.
• Cross-functional coordination — interface with developers, designers, and external partners to keep engagements moving.
