Job summary

Apex Systems in Glen Allen, VA, seeks a Delivery – Lead Consultant to direct complex, fixed-fee managed services engagements across cloud, security, AI, and productivity platforms. You will supervise internal teams, own governance, SLAs, and financial performance, and serve as the primary client-facing executive on the program.

The role requires 8+ years in technical engagement delivery, strong people-management, and proven ability to scale global delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technical engagement delivery in consulting or professional services (or similar), including 5+ years leading managed services programs at scale.
• Proven advanced people management skills and experience managing complex, outcome-based managed service program SLAs and fixed fee or unit-based commercial models.
• Experience leading large teams in a global delivery, multi-national environment with coaching responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic thought leadership to clients, account teams and sales in proposals and SOWs.
