Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Delivery Analyst to support delivery leads and project teams. You will maintain plans, status, and logs, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day execution to enable reliable delivery.

This role is ideal for building a foundation in technology delivery and Agile practices. We value 3–5 years in coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination, delivery support, or PMO.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on moderately complex tasks.
• Experience with Planview Portfolio or a similar PMO tool.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and deadline management.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and delivery tools; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project portfolio data in Planview Portfolio and keep data current.
• Build dashboards and reports showing progress, resource utilization, and initiatives.
• Maintain delivery tooling and templates with up-to-date schedules and owners.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting materials; capture actions and decisions.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, RAID logs, and vendor tracking as directed.
