GOLDFEIN & ASSOCIATES, P.C. is seeking a Delaware-licensed attorney to join our nationwide team.

This remote role supports clients who own or hold security interests in motor vehicles and related assets. Experience handling high-volume caseloads, negotiating with repair shops, insurers, and counsel; engaging in ADR or litigation when needed; and documenting all activity in our case management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Delaware licensed attorney with ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, browsers, and case management software.
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Litigation and ADR experience; capable of handling all aspects of lawsuits.
• Timely analysis and communication with insurers, clients, and counsel.
• Adherence to Rules of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Review assignments and analyze avenues to resolve cases for clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Engage in ADR or commence litigation when necessary.
• Document all activity in case management systems.
• Communicate with insureds, adjusters, attorneys, and vendors.
• Maintain compliance with professional conduct rules.
