Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Engage in ADR (arbitration) or, when necessary, litigation.
• Review new assignments and analyze avenues to resolve cases.
• Communicate with insurers, adjusters, clients, and counsel by phone and in writing.
• Document all activity thoroughly in case management systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
