Binance is seeking a product/operations professional to drive on-chain DeFi campaigns, optimize user flows, and coordinate with global partners. You will build AI-driven analysis, lead pre-launch testing, and work across staking, rewards, and GTM initiatives.

Experience with Morpho/Aave/Pendle/Ethena and on-chain analytics is a plus; remote-first with global teams. This role offers international collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Hands-on DeFi product experience with on-chain products and yield mechanisms.
Ability to assess how on-chain products fit within a product suite.
Strong ops mindset; lead planning and execution of user campaigns.
Experience using AI tools for product analysis and campaign evaluation.
Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute user operation campaigns with internal BD teams and partners.
Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and GTM initiatives.
Improve product experience in staking, redemption, and rewards from an ops view.
Build data analysis framework using AI tools for actionable insights.
Work with DeFi protocols like Morpho, Aave, Pendle, Ethena; understand on-chain analytics.
