Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an AMLAW 100-level Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator for a fully remote role (CA-bar preferred). The position offers up to $275k plus bonus and full benefits, with a Bay Area–based team expanding nationwide and open to attorneys working remotely.

Role entails defense-side litigation in tort, GL, and products liability; drafting pleadings and discovery; taking depositions; and supporting trial prep under a mentor with a proven verdict track

Qualifications

• 3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred.
• Strong academics with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Defense-side mindset and ability to handle complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work.
