You will defend clients in general liability, construction defect, and auto cases, handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation within a collaborative, diversity-focused environment.

A JD with active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction and 2–6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD and be actively admitted to the bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• 2–6+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
• Ability to work remotely in a nationwide setting.

Responsibilities
