The role supports tort/GL/products work with exposure to complex matters and offers a competitive compensation package up to $290k plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar is mandatory.
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work.
