We Are Legal Revolution is expanding its Seattle-area defense platform and seeking an AMLAW 100-insurance defense attorney with a focus on tort, products liability, and general liability matters. The role offers 100% remote work from Washington and a compensation package up to $275k plus bonus and full benefits.

The attorney will handle defense-side litigation, draft pleadings, manage depositions, and support trial preparation under a senior mentor.

Formación

• Active Washington Bar (admission) required.
• 3+ years tort/products/GL experience preferred.

AMLAW 100- Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator | California Bar Required | 100% Remote (Washington) | Up to $275k + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re partnering with a national litigation platform with a true 50-state footprint that’s expanding their Seattle office and is open to attorneys working fully remote (Washington Bar required).

This is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

The Role

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work

Compensation

• Up to $275k depending on experience

Must-Haves

• Active Washington Bar (mandatory)
• 3+ years tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)
• Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Defense-side mindset
