Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar.
• 5+ years experience as an Associate Attorney in defense/commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of case types including Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability.
• Represent clients in court or before agencies.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges and others involved in cases.
