Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of legal matters including Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability.
• Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private matters.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
• Present facts in writing and verbally to clients or others, and argue on their behalf.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits and contracts.
• Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
