Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Decision Science Manager to guide a team of decision scientists in support of enterprise priorities, shaping the analytical agenda and setting standards for high-quality work. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to frame business questions and translate complex findings into practical recommendations for sales and GTM decisions.

In addition to leading and coaching the team, you will personally contribute strategic analyses and help ensure the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelors in math, statistics, CS or equivalent.
• 6+ years analytics/data science in tech.
• 1+ year people management with performance responsibilities.
• Experience leading data initiatives with stakeholder trust.
• Experience with A/B tests and causal inference when randomization isn't feasible.
• Strong judgment in low-data situations; mix quantitative/qualitative evidence.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of decision scientists, setting expectations and coaching on performance.
• Conduct strategic analyses personally while establishing methodological standards for the team.
• Own the decision science agenda for the Enterprise area with stakeholders.
• Evaluate success of Sales and GTM initiatives using appropriate analytical methods.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams.
