Job summary

ZipRecruiter, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Decision Science in a hybrid US role, with a focus on leading a team of decision scientists for the Enterprise area. You will guide analyses, set standards, and partner with Product, Engineering, Rev Ops, Sales and Customer Success to drive data-driven decisions.

You will balance rigorous methods with practical recommendations in a fast-paced environment, often in low-data settings, and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics or data science experience in a product/engineering/tech environment.
• 1+ years of people management experience, including performance management and career development.
• Ability to lead data work on important business initiatives with cross-functional trust.
• Experience with A/B tests and quasi-experimental or causal inference methods.
• Strong judgment in low-data situations and clear communication of uncertainty.
• Business acumen and ability to link data findings to outcomes.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Decision Science team and coach on performance.
• Lead strategic analyses in the Enterprise space and set methodological standards.
• Own the decision science agenda for Enterprise and align with stakeholders.
• Evaluate GTM, Sales-led initiatives, and Customer Success, choosing strong data approaches.
• Turn complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
