Ladders is seeking a Decision Science Manager to guide a team of decision scientists in support of enterprise priorities, shaping the analytical agenda and setting standards for high-quality work. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to frame business questions and translate complex findings into practical recommendations for sales and GTM decisions.

In addition to leading and coaching the team, you will personally contribute strategic analyses and help ensure the organization

Qualificações

• Bachelors in math, statistics, CS or equivalent.
• 6+ years analytics/data science in tech.
• 1+ year people management with performance responsibilities.
• Experience leading data initiatives with stakeholder trust.
• Experience with A/B tests and causal inference when randomization isn't feasible.
• Strong judgment in low-data situations; mix quantitative/qualitative evidence.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Decision Science Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will guide a team of decision scientists in support of enterprise priorities, shaping the analytical agenda and setting clear standards for high-quality work. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to frame the right business questions, translate complex findings into practical recommendations, and inform sales and GTM decisions. In addition to leading and coaching the team, you will personally contribute strategic analyses and help ensure the organization uses the right methods to make sound decisions in low-data environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $177,500 – $235,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of decision scientists, setting clear expectations and coaching on performance.
• Conduct strategic analyses personally while establishing methodological standards for the team.
• Own the decision science agenda for the Enterprise area, prioritizing analytical questions with stakeholders.
• Evaluate success of Sales and GTM initiatives using appropriate analytical methods.
• Serve as a trusted partner for cross-functional teams, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of analytics or data science experience in a tech environment.
• 1+ years of people management experience with performance management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead data initiatives while building trust with stakeholders.
• Experience with A/B tests and causal inference methods when randomization isn't feasible.
• Strong judgment in low-data situations, combining quantitative and qualitative evidence.
