Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6+ years of analytics or data science experience in a product/engineering/tech environment.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data work on important business initiatives while earning the trust of cross-functional and business stakeholders.
• Experience measuring impact with both A/B tests and quasi-experimental or causal inference methods.
• Sound judgment in low-data situations; ability to combine limited quantitative evidence with qualitative signals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect data analysis to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of synthesizing complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of decision scientists supporting the Enterprise area.
• Set methodological standards for the team and coach on rigor for each question.
• Own the decision science agenda for Enterprise and define analytical priorities.
• Evaluate the impact of GTM, Sales-Led initiatives and score projects with both quantitative and qualitative signals.
