Job summary

J.G. Wentworth seeks a Remote Debt Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and portfolio analysis from anywhere in the United States. You will engage clients via multiple channels, work with cross‑functional teams, and strive to meet ambitious monthly KPIs while helping clients achieve financial freedom.

The role emphasizes high energy, empathetic communication and independence, with a compensation plan that features substantial upside through base pay plus commissions.

• 1+ years experience in Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through prospecting and inbound inquiries.

• Analyze client portfolios to determine best strategies for financial relief.
• Meet monthly KPIs set by management.

As a Remote Debt Specialist with JG Wentworth you will…

• Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting efforts and by fielding new inbound inquiries
• Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.)
• Work and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage active, in-process business and provide exceptional, responsive customer service
• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible
• Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management

Compensation: $40,000- $200,000+ (Base + Commission with additional earning potential)
