Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company seeking a Debt Consultant to join our Debt Resolution team. This remote role serves Dallas and Houston, TX metro markets, guiding high-debt customers through personalized debt solutions with a consultative approach.

You will manage a pipeline, close deals in 1–2 calls, and balance empathy with clear financial guidance. Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 on average, with top performers earning $100,000+ plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, with a consultative approach.
• Proven success in commission-driven roles and meeting targets.
• Ability to navigate complex financial conversations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from first contact to enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand the customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure and outcomes clearly.
• Balance empathy with guidance to help customers make decisions.
• Close opportunities, typically in 1–2 calls, and drive follow-up for conversions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
