Achieve is a digital personal finance company helping people move from struggling to thriving with personalized financial solutions. We seek a Debt Consultant to guide high-debt customers through resolution options, balancing empathy, education, and financial clarity.

In this role you will manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, leading conversations that progress customers toward enrollment often in 1-2 calls. Remote work in Dallas/Houston, with requirements for high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales with a consultative financial sales focus.
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment.
• Comfort navigating emotional and analytical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and outcomes.
• Balance empathy with direction to guide complex decisions.
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls.
• Prioritize opportunities and follow up to maximize conversion.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
