Americor is seeking a Financial Consultant to engage clients in debt settlement discussions and guide them toward informed financial decisions. You will handle inbound calls, reach out to leads, educate on process, and document interactions in the CRM while aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and documentation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and managing customer inquiries via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine debt settlement viability.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on debt settlement process, risks, and benefits.
• Outline terms, monthly payments, and resolution timelines.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and company metrics.
• Ensure adherence to all laws and company policies related to debt settlement.
