Job summary

National Debt Relief, a recognized leader in the debt relief industry, is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to guide prospective clients toward compassionate, effective debt relief solutions. You will build trust in sensitive conversations, enroll qualified clients, and help them regain financial confidence from our remote, multi-state coverage.

This remote role supports evenings and weekends with varied shifts across AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT, including Utah.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or associate degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Remote work experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Career-minded with long-term advancement goals
• Able to stay effective in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options
• Document client discussions clearly in Salesforce
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
• Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities
• De‑escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
