Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, preferably financial services.
• Proven success in commission-driven roles with targets.
• Able to navigate emotional and analytical conversations.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and prioritizing opportunities.
• Comfort discussing financial trade-offs and long-term outcomes.
• Strong communication and empathy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment.
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture.
• Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes clearly.
• Balance empathy with direction to guide customers through complex decisions.
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1–2 calls.
• Prioritize opportunities and perform targeted follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
