Qualifications

• Proven sales closer in financial services or high-ticket B2C environments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting with CRM discipline.
• Empathetic communicator with drive to outperform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Prior debt relief or lending experience is a plus to discuss.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound leads through a consultative debt relief process.
• Identify clients' financial pain points and tailor solutions.
• Close deals with urgency, empathy, and compliance.
• Collaborate with team to hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
