Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections or banking is an asset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• High-quality inbound/outbound communication with bank debtors.
• Identify customer needs and payment ability.
• Agree on repayment plans in accordance with policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery policy.
