Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Collections Representative to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts and work toward payment arrangements. This remote-friendly role requires living in IL, IN, IA, MO, TX, UT, WI, or WY and navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

You will record all interactions in Enova's database, meet daily call targets, and apply our call flow to resolve delinquencies while upholding company policy and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in high-volume debt collections.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Proven negotiation abilities to secure payment arrangements or settlements.
• Self-management for remote work, including time management and focus.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls to address delinquent loan payments.
• Negotiate and execute payment arrangements following Enova's call flow.
• Resolve customer concerns and complex issues related to late payments with professionalism.
• Explain implications of overdue payments and offer financial resolution options.
• Ensure all interactions and payment plans are recorded in Enova's database.
