Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage a dealer portfolio within the assigned region. You will partner with regional teams to drive products, services and experiences that grow volume, share and revenue while simplifying processes.

You will collaborate across internal and external teams, perform joint sales calls, analyze dealer performance, and develop training strategies to improve retail, lease, wholesale and fee income. Relocation included where needed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Dealer Credit and Originations experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish interface with FLM, FCSD Regional counterparts and teammates to pursue strategic vision and business plans for the Region.
• Achieve budgeted metrics through dealer level sales plans including target dealers for retail, lease, wholesale, dealer loan, commercial and fee-based product business.
• Develop plans to leverage marketing, CRM initiatives and budgets for incremental sales opportunities.
• Maintain communication with the Business Center originations team to ensure a consistent purchase policy.
• Provide in-dealership training and consulting to improve finance performance and dealer satisfaction with the process.
