Job summary

Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to manage a portfolio of Ford and Lincoln dealer accounts across designated regions. You will drive strategy, sales plans, and financial performance with cross-functional teams to expand volume and profitability.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, deliver targeted training, and utilize CRM tools to optimize dealer performance while protecting risk and maintaining policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer credit and loan origination processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to train and coach dealership staff.

Responsibilities

• Interface with FLM and FCSD regional teams to pursue strategic plans.
• Achieve budgeted metrics through dealer-level sales plans.
• Develop plans leveraging marketing and CRM initiatives for incremental sales.
• Maintain policy alignment with the Business Center originations team.
• Provide in-dealership training to improve performance and satisfaction with the finance process.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Analyst to analyze dealership operations and financials.
• Conduct periodic presentations to support profit, volume and satisfaction goals.
• Review MAPS data and TSA data with dealer personnel.
