Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the Deal Desk Team, partnering with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to manage the global deal model and key performance dashboards.

You will help drive automation, data-driven decision making, and process improvements across AI workflow integrations as Twilio scales its sales operations. This remote-first role may require ad-hoc in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree plus 3+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or analytics in a GTM/Deal Desk role
• Strong analytical and financial skills with clear ability to explain tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in exploring new AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows; conduct functional testing and bug remediation
• Automate internal tooling, maintain deal model dashboards, and support pricing/discounting insights
• Operationalize the Global Discount Catalog strategy and ensure data hygiene across cost data
• Maintain and update dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottlenecks, and discount trends by sales segment
• Create and maintain enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for Global Sales Teams
