Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distribution center operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment, retail replenishment, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DC operations including inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Princess Polly and third-party logistics providers.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and operational procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
