Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for our Riverside, CA Distribution Center. You will drive performance, oversee personnel, receiving, inventory, shipping, logistics, and finances while implementing standardized processes.

Travel ~15% and lead a team to meet budgeted objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in Operations-Distribution, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of Operations-Distribution experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff.
• Ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Distribution Center operations and align with goals and objectives.
• Forecast requirements, prepare annual budget, and analyze variances.
• Lead warehouse personnel and provide training, development and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.
• Plan layout and workflow, and evaluate equipment for improvements.
