Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA (remote-USA nationwide) seeks a DBA Lead to guide database strategy and mentor the DBA team. You will own database reliability, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tuning across MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and cloud services.

Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, DR planning, upgrades, and incident response while driving automation and observability improvements with DevOps partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of database administration experience with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve reliability, availability, and performance of production databases.
• Lead architecture reviews and DR planning for multi-region deployments.
• Mentor DBAs and coordinate with DevOps, engineers, and architects.
