Job summary

A consulting company is seeking a DayForce Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of Ceridian DayForce solutions. This role involves managing the implementation lifecycle, gathering requirements, and configuring the solution. Candidates should have 3–5 years of software implementation experience and knowledge of HRIS systems. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software implementation experience.
• Experience with one or more HRIS/HCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for timely delivery.
• Lead client discovery sessions and document business requirements.
• Configure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs.
• Provide post-deployment consulting assistance in assigned areas.
