Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or equivalent background.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or comparable CDP technologies.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets and audience creation.
• Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Determines how decision support systems will provide data for business decisions.
• Performs modeling of information sources and data flows.
• Coordinates project activities and monitors schedules and costs.
• Develops strategic reports from the Data Warehouse and maintains data integrity.
• Spends majority of time programming and developing data warehouse-related applications.
