Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Architect, Data Visualization to lead enterprise BI initiatives for client engagements. You’ll design semantic models, governance, and scalable Power BI and Fabric architectures, working with executives and delivery teams to ensure trusted analytics outcomes.

The role blends technical leadership with hands-on development, driving analytics readiness for modern data platforms and AI-enabled reporting. Remote work with client-facing responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, information design, information systems, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise analytics, BI, or data visualization solutions with Power BI.
• Hands-on Power BI at enterprise scale with semantic modeling, Power Query, DAX, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data visualization strategy and architecture for client engagements.
• Design and oversee Power BI and Fabric solutions, including semantic models and security.
• Advise executives and stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable analytics.
• Ensure delivery quality with reusable accelerators and governance practices.
