Job summary

SHI invites a Solutions Architect, Data Visualization to drive enterprise BI initiatives with a focus on Power BI at scale. You will design semantic models, governance, accessibility, and performance optimization, working with stakeholders and delivery teams.

In this client-facing role, you will lead analytics readiness, advise on Microsoft Fabric integration, and ensure solutions deliver trustworthy insights across large user bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years delivering enterprise analytics or BI, with focus on Power BI.
• Hands-on implementation of Power BI at enterprise scale, including semantic models and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead data visualization strategy and architecture for enterprise reporting.
• Architect Power BI solutions and oversee semantic models, security, and governance.
• Guide client engagements and design reviews; enable client self-sufficiency after engagements.
