Job summary

SHI is seeking a Solutions Architect, Data Visualization to lead enterprise BI initiatives. You will work directly with stakeholders and delivery teams to design analytics solutions that are trusted and used for decision making.

You will focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and governance, guiding client engagements and hands-on development while shaping analytics readiness for modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five or more years delivering enterprise analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions, with substantial focus on Power BI.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Power BI at enterprise scale, including semantic modeling, Power Query, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting architecture with security, workspace models, and endorsement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead data visualization strategy and architecture for enterprise reporting.
• Architect and oversee Power BI implementations including semantic models and performance optimization.
• Advise executives and clients; translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Ensure accessibility, governance, and delivery quality across reporting workstreams.
