Job summary

Veriforce is seeking a Data Verification Specialist to join the Operations team in a remote role within the United States. You will verify customer data against uploaded documents, document activities, and provide high-quality support via email and phone.

The position requires 2–5 years of customer service and strong attention to detail. Reporting to the Data Verification Team Lead, you will work to resolve issues, troubleshoot platform errors, and maintain accurate records while collaborating

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to follow directions and complex policies and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify data input by customers matches documents in Veriforce systems.
• Record timely, accurate notes for support queries and subscriber activities.
• Provide high-quality customer support via email and phone.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the problem and applying best solutions.
• Troubleshoot and identify errors within Veriforce platforms.
