Lago is seeking an Operations Data Validation & Reconciliation Specialist to safeguard the accuracy of operational reporting across the supply chain. This remote role collaborates with operations, inventory and IT teams to investigate discrepancies, track errors, and implement lasting fixes.

You will perform deep-dive root-cause analyses, monitor error logs in Asana, document findings, and escalate issues. Strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/WMS and Excel are essential, as is clear

Qualifications

2+ years in inventory control, supply chain ops, data auditing, or systems reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to root-cause analysis.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and Asana.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

Perform root-cause analysis on operational report discrepancies across PO validations, build validations, inbound vs outbound validations, and item receipt validations.
Monitor error logs and maintain tracking in Asana with daily summaries of unresolved errors and root causes.
Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors to refine validation accuracy.
Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long-term fixes.
Other duties as assigned.
