Job summary

Shift Paradigm, a strategic consultancy, is seeking a Strategist, Insights & Analytics to bridge business goals with data architecture and analytical execution across client engagements. You will turn complex customer data into actionable marketing solutions and design data models and measurement strategies.

Working with client engineers and marketing leaders, you’ll create semantic layers, predictive models, and governance frameworks while staying ahead of cloud data platforms and AI

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data science, with strong depth applied directly to marketing, CRM, or digital personalization challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Python, SQL, and applied ML techniques; comfortable evaluating the right quantitative approach for a given business problem.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and measurement roadmaps for client engagements.
• Design predictive models and activation strategies using Python and ML.
• Architect semantic layers and data contracts for AI-enabled data querying.
• Translate business logic into production-ready marketing data models.
• Evaluate AI tools and governance frameworks for responsible adoption.
• Draft scopes and templates to scale client solutions.
