Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help build safer AI models. The role focuses on data loss prevention, sensitivity labeling, and incident response, with hands-on work to train AI systems on realistic security cases.

You will work remotely on an hourly contract, contributing across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments while applying GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS knowledge to protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Familiar with data loss prevention, data classification frameworks, and privacy/regulatory concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Practical understanding of data risk in real environments and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise contexts.
• Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure pathways, and policy violations.
• Review prevention, detection, and incident response strategies.
• Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to train AI models.
• Apply practical knowledge of how data risk unfolds in real organizations.
