Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods.
• Ability to present findings to non-technical staff across the organization.
• Experience in a start-up or growth environment; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with business stakeholders to translate goals into robust ML/AI models for improved clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with Staff Data Scientist and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver insights.
• Develop ML models using clinical, claims, and SDoH data to drive actionable recommendations.
• Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory analysis and modeling.
