Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Data Scientist to join a growing, tech-enabled pediatric group. You will translate stakeholder goals into robust ML/AI models and work with cross-functional teams to improve patient care using clinical, claims, and SDoH data.

Candidates should have 3+ years' experience with Python and SQL, plus start-up exposure and the ability to communicate insights to non-technical staff. Competitive benefits are offered in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science with Python and SQL.
• Experience with study design, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to present findings to non-technical staff across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into ML/AI models.
• Collaborate to define requirements, optimize data collection, and deliver insights.
• Develop ML models using clinical, claims, and SDoH data for actionable recommendations.
• Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploration and modeling.
