Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to advance Marketing Analytics in a fully remote contract through 2026.

You will translate complex data into actionable business insights, build AI/ML models, and partner with Marketing to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value across diverse campaigns. The role requires strong Python, Snowflake expertise, LTD analytics, and the ability to explain model outcomes to both technical and business audiences

Qualifications

• Strong background in Data Science, Data Analytics, and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data environments.
• Proven experience building and evaluating AI/ML models.
• Must be able to clearly explain how AI has been used in previous projects.
• Strong experience with customer acquisition and retention analytics/modeling.
• Experience with LTD analytics and customer journey analysis.
• Understanding of customer acquisition costs, paid media performance, and marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and partner with Marketing and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Life-to-Date (LTD) analytics to understand customer origination and journeys.
• Analyze application behavior: time to complete, conversion rates, drop-off points.
• Develop and optimize customer acquisition and retention models.
• Analyze cost of acquisition (CAC) and paid media effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing to identify trends and insights.
• Build, test, evaluate, and improve AI/ML models.
• Use data science to predict retention/churn and improve acquisition strategies.
• Work with large datasets and develop analytics for stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and model results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
