Job summary

Harbor is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Professional to join our Managed Services team. This remote role focuses on delivering accurate, high-quality data that supports client development and relationship management.

You will work from a home office, collaborating with Quality Specialists and Client Managers, and follow Style Guides to validate information, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality in a distributed, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience in a detail-driven role.
• Ability to follow directions carefully and execute tasks with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially in virtual settings.
• Proficient with software tools and systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Log in and complete assigned work weekly according to deadlines.
• Review and update client data accurately based on provided Style Guides.
• Research and validate information using internal and external data sources.
• Resolve data discrepancies and merge duplicate records.
• Follow standardized procedures for general data clean-up projects.
• Exercise sound judgment in determining accurate data.
• Review audit feedback weekly, correcting any errors and implementing coaching guidance.
• Communicate issues or blockers proactively with your team.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
