Cobalto Talent is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Law Attorney to join its fully remote U.S. legal team. This role accommodates Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner levels based on experience and expertise.

The attorney will handle U.S. privacy law, transactional matters, and client counseling, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years focusing on Data Privacy Law in U.S. practice.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. privacy and data-security laws.
• Experience drafting DPAs and privacy provisions.
• Excellent client counseling and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise clients on privacy and transactional matters.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs, privacy provisions, and contracts.
• Collaborate with senior business and legal teams on solutions.
• Develop privacy programs, data-mapping, and governance.
