Job summary

NinjaHoldings seeks a data platform leader to drive analytics, AI readiness, and scalable data solutions. You will shape architecture, mentor a growing Data Engineering team, and guide technical decisions across Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

You’ll champion data quality, self-service access, and cost efficiency while delivering a modern data warehouse roadmap and AI-enabled capabilities for the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Engineering or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and modern ELT/ETL architectures.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, data modeling, indexing, and performance.
• Experience with Fivetran, Meltano, or similar data integration tools.
• Understanding of Medallion architecture and data warehouse modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Engineering team and set the technical direction for the data platform.
• Own the architecture and evolution of Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and data pipelines.
• Drive the Medallion architecture transition and establish data standards.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, product, and finance to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Establish data quality, testing, observability, and security practices.
