Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Data Platform DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, automation, and optimization of modern data platforms. You will work within an international team and focus on scalable, secure, cloud-native DevOps practices across Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform roles.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud data platforms.
• Azure services and governance knowledge.
• CI/CD automation, monitoring, security practices.
• English level C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise data platform solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform.
• Manage and optimize deployments across Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Platform Teams to ensure reliable and scalable platform operations.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including automation, testing, monitoring, and release management.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code standards, reusable templates, and automation frameworks.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and DevOps trends within the Azure ecosystem.
