Job summary

Corevia Staffing is seeking an EDP Change Enablement Analyst to support the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program. This role will execute change management and communication activities, engage stakeholders, assess change impacts, and support adoption of new EDP Data Products.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to track readiness and adoption, develop enablement materials, and help ensure successful delivery of data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, OCM, Change Enablement, or Business Transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with change impact assessments and organizational readiness.
• Background supporting technology, data, digital, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience creating communication and enablement materials.
• Data Platform/Data Product experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved change management and communication strategies.
• Engage stakeholders and assess organizational readiness.
• Participate in data product design sessions and document change impacts.
• Develop communications, training materials, presentations, FAQs, and other enablement resources.
• Support user adoption and identify resistance or adoption barriers.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams.
• Track readiness, adoption, and stakeholder sentiment.
