Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a Change Enablement professional to support the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program. Under the Change Enablement Lead, you will translate approved change and communication plans into actionable tasks across the organization.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, participate in data product design sessions to document change impacts, and produce enablement deliverables that drive organizational readiness and adoption of EDP Data Products.

• Execute change enablement and communication activities for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) program under the guidance of the Change Enablement Lead
• Implement approved change and communication strategies by translating them into actionable plans
• Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders throughout the change process
• Participate in data product design sessions to understand and document change impacts
• Produce enablement deliverables to support organizational readiness
• Measure success through organizational readiness, adoption rates, and trust sentiment metrics for released EDP Data Products
